Senior Production Engineer, Techno Media Group, Industrial Zone in New Cairo, Egypt, Jan 2015 - present
 Concentrated on Planning, managing and forecasting Water Meters production line.
 Devised integrated working plan of:
o Production, assembly, water pressure tests and meters calibration using advanced electronic test
benches.
 Set specific procedures while dealing with other departments.
 Adapted to advanced technology as an essential working basis in production and manufacturing
department instead of manual reports.
 Conceptualized the usage of a spreadsheets as a main data management tool for:
o Recording, modifying, and following up each of “production process, quality assurance and
periodical maintenance.
o Created accounts/users and assigned roles for every user in order to monitor, follow up and
analyze results of each of production, quality and maintenance.
o Spreadsheets was adopted as the only official company production documentation, based on the
instructions of the company's chairman who provided me full authority concerning the
development, modification and being the application admin.
o Industrial Modernization Center (IMC) of the Egyptian Ministry of Industry was impressed by this
new system.
 Installed LCD screens in both of assembly department & factory to display live comparison between
current production status and the targeted one. The purpose of this installation is to motivate
workers and engineers by creating a competitive environment that leads to increase in productivity
rate during specified working hours. In addition, this display gives the ability to view any related
work information or any future development.
 Engaged in the preparation of ISO 9001 certificate models for the “Work Nature of the Manager of
the Assemble Department.
o This process composed of a full image about all work stages (production - assembly - testing -
finishing - meters stamp) till delivery stage to the required companies, and then following up
the meters efficiency.
 Clarified the steps and the basics of interaction between assembly department & other company
departments and factory in order to achieve development of the institution as a whole.
 Orchestrated the development of the assembly department by restructuring department’s format to
fit into the “assembly hall” through reshaping workers & technicians divisions in parallel with
enhancing the working environment in order to turn them into interconnected sequenced working
groups. This development led to an enormous increase in the production capacity of this
department.

Developed installation plan of smart water and electricity meters (Smart Meter System).
Headed technicians on site and restructured them into better working groups
Developed teamwork to be able to deal with the smart meter system.
Acclimated to following up with the operation of smart system and its trouble shooting.
Maintenance of water & electricity smart meters, and smart communication system at an integrated maintenance lab within the project land.
Guided the coordination with representatives of “Talaat Moustafa Group” to facilitate the plan of installation and maintenance.
Determined to coordinate and deal with customers to provide all possible services.
I used to work on ERP system for more than 2 years.

One year experience in building contractor as an owner of private projects including supervising and
executing all construction affairs.
