Audit and Installation (Ericsson Subcontractor) all kind of telecom equipment for Ooredoo and Mobilis, and FTTH loop (HUAWEI) for AT (Algérie Telecom):
• Tracking, documenting and reporting installation delays,
• Evaluate requirement for changes on the program and create reports for the local task leader,

• Supervising installation and maintenance of 3G (WCDMA) and LTE (4G), and monitoring the installation tests of the equipment including the transmission issues (Mostly Traffic Node 1+1 Hot Standby and XPIC),
• Consistent communication with the local task leader and team members,
• Tracking, documenting and reporting installation delays,
• Evaluate requirement for changes on the program and create reports for the local task leader.
Rollout Mobilis project:
03/2016 to 10/2016
• Supervising and managing more than 10 subcontractors teams during different phase of implementation, from site survey until acceptance,
• Implementation, integration 2000 & 6000 family RBS & troubleshooting.
• Supervise installation of RBS 2000 & 6000 family (2206, 2106, 2308, 2111, 2216, 2116, 6601, 6201, 6101, 6102, ..etc )
• Responsible of TRX, sectors and carriers expansion for 900, 1800 & 3G network.
• Implementation, commissioning(Switch, LAN, WAN and Loading NodeB Scripts), troubleshooting of MW Links in Mini link TN using MMU2C, MMU2B, MMU2H, MMU3A & XPIC and Mini link CN…
• Up gradation and degradation of baseline of Mini link TN and all modules related to ML TN.
• Implementing DCN, IP, OSPF, Port, Vlan, Metro Ethernet… as specified by TRM. Config. Data Sheet.
• Responsible to solve transmission related problems.
• Using tools like LCT, OMT, EM (Element Manager), Moshell, Telnet TeraTerme, SSH, Filezilla …etc.
• Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.
• Co-ordination with Customer for Project Roll out and Acceptance Testing.

• Preventive maintenance:
Managing subcontractor’s environments maintenance and installation teams, all over Jijel area and occasionally over other area within east Algeria zone when needed.
During preventive maintenance I have to do the following work.
RBS:
1. Checking all feeder cable connectivity and physical damage
2. Checking alarm and rectify instantly.
3. Checking all labeling status and if not ok then labeled instantly
4. Testing all functionality of generator
5. Checking all alarm defined for this site.
6. Checking nut bolt status and rectify them
7. Cleaning all Network equipment
8. Checking battery status (voltage and connection) and replaced if faulty
9. Testing rectifier functionality.
10. Checking power connectivity with power provider
Transmission:
1. Checking IF cable conditions at outdoor and fixed if there any problem
2. Checking LOS of the site
3. Check event log of transmission equipment to find out problem

1. Dust cleaning supervision

3. Power connection and condition checking
4. Cable laying and latching status check as up gradation work going frequently
• Corrective maintenance:
Fault handling on emergency basis. During corrective maintenance I have to rectify the following fault:
RBS fault:
1. VSWR limit exceeded
2. RX diversity lost
3. Climate capacity reduced
4. Power limit exceeded
5. RU database corrupted
6. HW inconsistency
7. GSM antenna performance decreased as TCH rate decreased and others channel performance due to hardware & software fault.
Transmission Fault:
1. BER in the link,
2. Radio unit fault,
3. RAU transmission capacity reduced
4. RAU receiving capacity reduced
5. RCC, HCC, LOS
6. Hardware Error
7. Microwave antenna realignment
8. Minilink TN hanged up issue
9. Database loses of Minilink TN

• Plane Activity:
We have to do plane activity to increase network performance. Activities are as follows:
1. non services effective working as generator servicing, Air con servicing supervision
2. DTRU increase and decrease in RBS
3. Software up gradation in Mini link TN as Back office requirement
4. Configuration change of Mini link TN: 1+0 config to 1+1 or XPIC config as operator requirement
5. New Mini link TN magazine installation to increase network capacity.
6. New E1 cross connectivity for new RBS site.
7. Alignment of MW antenna to get planned RSL as link budget
8. physical check of TN Link as Back office requirement: IF cable status check, Connector status check, grounding kit status check, LOS check, interference check, radio performance check, BER check
9. E1 punching to DDF
Other activities:
I have to report all of my activities to my Team leader, manager. I have to make different tracker to maintain and provide effective network support.
• Implementation, integration 2000 family RBS & troubleshooting.
• Supervise installation of RBS 2000 family (2206, 2106, 2308, 2111, 2216, 2116…)
• Responsible of TRX, s and sectors expansion for 900, 1800 network
• Implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting of MW Links in Mini link TN using MMU2C, MMU2B, MMU2H & Mini link E.

• Implementing DCN for visibility followed by DCN diagram.

• Experience with regards to GSM-R network components, interfaces, features, EIRENE and MORANE specifications,
