Major Responsibilities Include:

• Involved in the pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of the Terminal.
• Development of all operation procedures and update the procedures as and when required.
• Responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out in the terminal and jetty are undertaken in a safe manner as per the approved procedures.
• Responsible for all CCR activities, provide necessary guidelines to CCRO for carrying out smooth and efficient operations through SCADA, TGS etc.
• Monitor and control the operation of all transfer equipment’s such as screw pumps, vertical & horizontal Centrifugal pumps, Progressive cavity pumps etc. and other utilities and package equipment’s such as Fire Fighting System, Heating System, Nitrogen generation unit, Plan Air System, OWS System, chemical dosing, blending system etc.
• Responsible for the cargo quantification and documentation related to all loading / discharging / PLT (Pipeline transfer) operations as per client document instructions.
• Preparation of loading / discharge plan as per client instructions.
• Executing other operational activities such as line pigging, line packing, tank & line stripping etc.
• Optimize the terminal and jetty operations staff to achieve maximum efficiency and to ensure that the Customer’s products enter and leave the terminal storage with minimal loss and with product integrity intact;
• Inspecting operational line ups in coordination with control room, safe discharge or loading of products from vessels to designated tanks and vice versa;
• To prepare and present daily shift reports.
• Assist in Preparing departmental operating budgets (OPEX) and maintains effective control of budget expenditure;
• Responsible to ensure Departmental KPIs are met consistently;

• Co-ordinate contractual review of detailed engineering documents from EPC Contractor, dispute management, technical clarifications etc. during Project Execution stage.
• Coordinate and resolve all site related issues during Project execution.
• Project Close out Reports.
• Assist in obtaining NOC’s, Building Permit, Operation Fitness certificates etc. from relevant authorities.
