Major Responsibilities Include:

• Involved in the pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of the Terminal.
• Development of all operation procedures and update the procedures as and when required.
• Responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out in the terminal and jetty are undertaken in a safe manner as per the approved procedures.
• Responsible for all CCR activities, provide necessary guidelines to CCRO for carrying out smooth and efficient operations through SCADA, TGS etc.
• Monitor and control the operation of all transfer equipment’s such as screw pumps, vertical & horizontal Centrifugal pumps, Progressive cavity pumps etc. and other utilities and package equipment’s such as Fire Fighting System, Heating System, Nitrogen generation unit, Plan Air System, OWS System, chemical dosing, blending system etc.
• Responsible for the cargo quantification and documentation related to all loading / discharging / PLT (Pipeline transfer) operations as per client document instructions.
• Preparation of loading / discharge plan as per client instructions.
• Executing other operational activities such as line pigging, line packing, tank & line stripping etc.
• Optimize the terminal and jetty operations staff to achieve maximum efficiency and to ensure that the Customer’s products enter and leave the terminal storage with minimal loss and with product integrity intact;
• Inspecting operational line ups in coordination with control room, safe discharge or loading of products from vessels to designated tanks and vice versa;
• To prepare and present daily shift reports.
• Assist in Preparing departmental operating budgets (OPEX) and maintains effective control of budget expenditure;
• Responsible to ensure Departmental KPIs are met consistently;

Major Responsibilities Include:
• Active Involvement in conceptual design and Feasibility study in the Initial stage of the Project and preparation of Feasibility Study Report.
• Active Involvement in the Front Engineering Design (FEED) of the terminals which includes process design, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical & Civil design as per Employer requirements and preparing the product enquiries, Discussions with the suppliers / vendors and final preparation of FEED Report.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub consultants / agencies for the successful completion of HAZOP, Environmental Impact Assessment studies, Soil Investigation works etc.
• Tender Preparation and Tender Administration
• Assist Proposals dept. (Scope Review, Estimation of efforts, Technical proposal write up) and Post order Contract review and Management.
• Co-ordinate contractual review of detailed engineering documents from EPC Contractor, dispute management, technical clarifications etc. during Project Execution stage.
• Coordinate and resolve all site related issues during Project execution.
• Project Close out Reports.
• Assist in obtaining NOC’s, Building Permit, Operation Fitness certificates etc. from relevant authorities.

• IL&FS Prime Tank Terminal Ph1, Fujairah; 333, 000 m³ Capacity; handles Class I, II & III products. UAE
• Ecomar 7500 BPSD Refinery, Fujairah UAE
• Azikel Petroleum Refinery 12000 BPSD, Bayelsa, Nigeria
• Front End Engineering Design (FEED), EIA, Tender Administration of METS Petrochemical Terminal, Fujairah
• Gulf Petrochem Terminal, Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah; 210, 000 m³ Capacity; handles Class I, II & III products.
• Kismat Petroleum & Petrochemical Terminal (FEED), HFZ, Sharjah
• Zahara Storage Terminal & Zahara Grease and Lube Plant, (FEED) HFZ, Sharjah
• Sharafco Storage Terminal, HFZ, Sharjah

Major Responsibilities include:

• Involved in the installation and commissioning of the automation systems, heating system, firefighting system, screw pumps, centrifugal pumps and various filed instruments
• Setting up plans & procedures for carrying out entire terminal activities including operations, maintenance & new equipment installations.
• Co-coordinating and monitoring control room operations such as ADNOC vessel loading / unloading operations, batch processing operations for road tankers through centralized automated system (PLC & SCADA)
• Liaise with port control & port planning department & agents regarding berthing of ships.
• Planning/Supervising/Preparation of man power, hoses, loading arms and other tools for ship loading/unloading, truck loading and bunkering operations.
• Inspecting operational line ups, operation of loading arms, Safe discharge/loading operation from vessel to oil terminal and vice-versa.
• Preparing ship receipt reports, daily/monthly stock reports, daily/monthly meter reconciliation statements, Monthly issues via gantry etc.
• Calculation of loaded / discharged quantities and issuing Bunker delivery receipts
• Maintain logs for shifts & oil movements
• Handling Customer / Product complaints/queries and initiating corrective measures and action within the stipulated time frame.

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Perform gauging of storage tanks, temperature readouts, and obtaining product samples;
• Complete daily meter readings for all products. Calculate and input all product inventories and meter readings into appropriate systems;
• Ensure knowledge and compliance with all policies and procedures;
• Ensure that all terminal equipment, including safety devices and systems are functioning properly, and report any and all equipment failures to the Senior Terminal Operator;
• Perform daily walk around inspections to identify any potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times;
• Communicate product outages and equipment downtime to appropriate individuals;
• Participate in emergency situations as require.
