To design and size HVAC system, preparation and submission of calculation and drawings for the approval from the Dubai Municipality.
•Heat load estimation using HAP 5.0 software.
•Equipment selection and preparation of schedules for equipments.
•Designing ventilation for Rooms, Clean rooms, car parking, toilets etc.
•Selection of Chillers, DX-split Units, Air handling Units, PAC (Package Air Conditioners), FCU, split units, Grills, Diffusers, Exhaust fans etc.
•Preparation & Modifying duct layout, chilled water pipe and location of units which was subjected to a lot of alteration.
•Preparation of Coordination drawings for MEP services.
•Plumbing: Selecting the right equipment, determining Pipe size requirements and Load Calculations, to portable Cold and Hot Water, to Sanitary Vents and Sewage Systems. Ensuring that the Plumbing system is safe, efficient and expertly designed using the highest quality fixtures and equipment.
•Have intensive knowledge in pipelines hydraulics and designing of pressure pipelines, sewerage, rising mains, and all aspects as may be required for the drainage systems.
•Fluent understanding of Estidama and LEED.
•Working closely with design teams to actively promote the sustainability program and to achieve sustainability objectives in the design, planning and construction process.
•Reporting on project status, action items and critical milestones.
•Implementing the LEED/Estidama credits.
•Document construction related LEED matters (i.e site inspection, reports, administration of information/tracking logs)
•Providing quality assurance to documents prior to submission to Estidama.
•Ability to undertake first-pass desktop analysis of LEED/Estidama credit implication for proposed design alterations.
