 Greeting the guest upon arrival and inquiring their needs.
 Carrying the guest's belongings and escorting them to the reception.
 After check-in procedures, taking the guest to the allotted room with his baggage.
 Explaining the room’s infra-structure and at the same time checking the ambience, cleanliness, the temperature of the room (A/C), etc are in good condition.
 Also informing the guest about the hotel facilities like the restaurants open, their timings where he could find amenities like Hotel directory, room service menu, important extensions to call for service, etc.
 If everything is in good condition, greet the guest a pleasant stay and bid farewell.
 Incase there is some problem in the room, it should be notified to the person concerned and makes sure that it is rectified.
 Assisting the guest in travel and ticketing issues.(Booking, Confirming, amending
The tickets, arranging local transport (limousine) for sight seeing/Shopping/etc…
 Helping the guest in the installation of wireless internet card in his PC / Laptop.
