suggest, map and demonstrate, configure the Fusion SCM process in correlation with Elseif
process. For Elseif we have implemented Advance Fusion Procurement, Fusion Inventory,
Order Management, after support, Super and end use training.I was responsible for
troubleshooting recurring issues in OM/INV/PO modules and implementing long term
solutions, which may involve configuration/code changes.

Coordinated with the IT team to provide business process improvement and then prepare the
necessary specifications.
Prepared all ERP related help desk calls and their resolution that was suggested.
Upgraded the servers with the help of varies patches and software upgrades.
