As Trade Marketing Executive for Ali Bin Ali, my responsibilities included:
1.Creating a secondary contract agreement as per salesman requests based on the amount and activity proposed to their outlets.
2.Analyzing, preparing and sending Daily sales report to the division agency wise.
3.Tracking agency promotions daily to foresee if our promotions are co-packed and reached to the salesman and the outlet in stated/promised timeline.
4Regular follow up with the sales team in improving sales and promotion activities.
5.Building and track invoices as per job order documents and other miscellaneous charges charged by co-packer for job-related promotions & additional delivery charges followed.
6.Executing PO and MO in the ERP system for the Promotion stocks and updating the same to our sales manager and Trade marketing team on the promotion status.
7.Tracking the secondary contracts monthly wise with the finance.
8.Checking and pre-ordering contract papers to the outside suppliers on the requirement and approval made from the division manager, trade marketing as the request made.
9.Ordering cartridge utilities monthly or weekly wise as per the consumption.
10.Clearing Promotion warehouse PRO089 every month based on the promotion implemented.
Suggesting sticker style/pattern to the supplier on the brand initiated by the sales team & trade marketing team.
11.Ensuring all the tasks have been completed in the month-end and keeping 0 residues on every promotion created.
12.Supports Trade marketing team in completing the promotion (coordinating with the sales team, emails, proposing agreed timeline with the packing supplier).
