► Work out projected cost of new erection job.
► Monitor erection job wise actual cost against budget.
► Monitor machinery deputed at sites and machine hours worked
► Report job wise work force deputed and overtime worked

► Monitor production KPIs in terms of RPM, picks production, yarn breakages and square meters production against standards and report variances along with reasons.
► Conduct thread count of fabric on daily basis to avoid yarn losses and ensure required quality of fabric.
► Analyze category wise B-grade fabric produced along with reasons on daily basis.
► Analyze and workout reasons of contracts resulting in losses.
► Analyze reasons of frame damaged on looms on weekly basis.
► Analyze profitability of new orders.
COSTING:
► Designed costing report as per requirement of management.
► Designed FOH allocation/re-allocation procedures to calculate cost center wise FOH rate.
► Reviewed monthly contract wise cost sheets summary and reconciliation of total profit with accounting profit.
► Work out contract wise break even analysis and contribution margin.
► Highlight contracts resulting in losses.
► Work out value of production losses resulting from abnormal machine stoppages.
BUDGETING & FORECASTING:
► Prepare company’s annual and quarterly budget.
► Prepare monthly projected profitability.
► Work on feasibilities and analysis.
MISCELLANEOUS:
► Frequently review/revise standard cost for purposes of reliable pre-costing.
► Monitor stocks movement and report slow moving stocks.
► Monitor stocks of imported items for optimum levels.
► Review SOPs and ensure their compliance.
► Report on monthly basis product wise cost of production, variance analysis and production losses
► Calculate product wise profitability at district, regional and national levels.
► Prepare annual budget at district, regional and national levels.
► Monitor area wise promotional expenses against budget and report variances.

ORACLE DATABASE IMPLEMENTATION
► Implemented oracle integrated database successfully with I.T. team of Ford Rhodes Robson Marrow.
