DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢Conducting Self Verifications as per the task and targets on weekly basis
➢Conducting HSE induction and other in-house HSE meetings for employees.
➢Visiting Yards during Hoist Commissioning to ensure safe working practices are in place.
➢Ensuring Third-party crew comply with safety standards while working in our location.
➢Ensuring Hoist Weekly dropped inspection are conducted as required.
➢Regularly observing cellar gratings, mast, monkey board, rig floor activities
➢Executing all HSE Audits and Inspections with accordance to Abraj Corporate HES Plan
➢Working on Abraj Intelex system for documents updates, assigning, open and closing actions.
➢Co-operating with client field couch during his visit in location
➢Reviewing and updating JSA regularly.
➢Ensuring Well Process safety non-negotiables are implemented as required.
➢Training the crew on implementation of Mustaeed and ihtimam
➢Ensuring zone management is in place.
➢Regularly visiting HLSU (H2S Life support Unit) for inspection.
➢Reporting all incidents and accidents including near misses occurred within field operations and reporting to management/client.
➢Monitoring the progress of HSE performance and maintaining a high level of HSE awareness and encouraging other disciplines employee's participation in risk assessment & IHTIMAM Safety observation programs.
➢Participating in the periodic (daily, weekly, monthly etc.) field operations progress meetings, super Wednesday & cctv meetings Meeting with PDO HSV.
➢Assisting TP/NTP on submitting evidence of Eccc to HSV
➢Ensuring environmental control in place around location from Housekeeping, spillage controls to overflow of water pit.
➢Ensuring the workforce understands safety requirements, procedures and rules through onsite orientation.
➢Ensuring Toolbox talks are conducted on regular basis and ensuring they are being done in a professional and capable manner.
➢Maintaining all records of training in Training Matrix.
➢Ensuring the basic welfare facilities available at site as required.
➢Ensuring all non-conformances generated during an External/Internal audit are raised and closed out through Abraj In telex system.
➢Delivering safety practices to ensure zero injuries, zero risks and zero harm.
➢Daily, weekly/monthly HSE Reporting to the management and Client.
➢Monitoring environmental control activities including waste minimization and driving sustainability initiatives inside workshops/yards/Camp
➢Analyzing data received from IVMS focal point for Abraj site and Sub- contractors' fleets and sharing with crew.
➢Monitoring equipment movement between fields to field and through-out on site.
➢Ensuring that all H&S aspects are complied with at all times throughout the work area.
➢Ensuring adequate HSE resources are available at the right place at the right time to implement HSE management on the project.
➢Responsible for ensuring HSE pro-activeness safety culture is implemented throughout the project lifecycle and to stopping any activity which is imminent danger to workforce and property.
➢Permit to work system enforcement as per Abraj system correspondence to PDO SP 2329
