Control and coordinate all operational functions within the assigned engineering work areas such as Civil, Electrical,
Mechanical including Carpentry and Paint, Voltage Distribution System, Plumbing, Air-conditioning, Home appliances(
for Housing compounds and offsite clinic), ensuring compliance with the engineering protocols, quality and safety standard,
MNGHA policies and procedures and accrediting bodies.
Monitor the operations of work order and planned preventive maintenance system and schedule, in conjunction with the
section supervisor(s), for regular technical review, feedback and advise
Participate in conducting inspection on the Operation of Quality Control System within the assigned area and ensure the
necessary compliance as per the engineering guidelines, standard and policies.
Liaise with other technical engineers (such as Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrical Engineer and
others) on matters related to specific specialty for facilities/equipment maintenance.
Plan and undertake the scheduled maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair.
Initiate and plan the on-the-job training for safety and technical matters to ensure a reserve of trained staff to cater the
present and future needs. Identify staff development and training needs and liaise with Training & Development department
in related aspects
Maintain and update documentary system recording equipment's status and report variances to the immediate supervisor
Ensure compliance with all site fire and safety procedures, policies and procedures, departmental safety and JCI standards
and formulate all necessary safety procedures for the assigned areas.
Monitoring the BMS system and reporting any observation.
Perform other job related duties.

SAP POWER USER & MAINTENANCE PLANNER at SIPCHEM

I worked as Maintenance Planner & SAP Power my main responsibilities include planning of weekly maintenance activities that are to be carried out in my assigned area in coordination with Operations, Maintenance and other support departments. I have been lead during execution of 1 Turnarounds & 3 emergency shutdowns, which have given me diversity of managing planning activities keeping limited time scope and urgency in view.In addition, I worked as SAP power user for PM module for any additional, correction, enhancement, and creation etc. of the data in the SAP system
