I am working in Obeikan Glass Company as mechanical engineer in maintenance department since March 2017 up to today.
and my job role is:
▪ Lead Preventive & corrective maintenance in the field, Conduct training of technicians, and Prepare and monitor department budget consumption.
▪ Maintenance planning & execution, Spare part planning & purchasing request & follow-up, and Identification of vendors and suppliers.
▪ Perform Root Cause Analysis on major equipment failure, Routine and random inspection of equipment and Analysis of equipment date (Running Parameters) & e-mail check.
▪ Coordination with production (meeting and issues), Spare parts inspection, and other minor tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
▪ Member of Planned Maintenance team in the WCOM methodology which provided by EFESO Consulting Company
▪ Supervise lead and motivate teams of installation fitters and helpers.
▪ Liaise with NI manger on a daily basis, to ensure any issues are raised, discussed and overcome as required.
▪ Scheduling of planned installation and labor requirements to ensure best geographical area to maintain minimum travel time to site.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
