• Lead a project management team in executing our contracted PMO services on mixed-use developments.
• Oversee, manage and evaluate all the performance of Engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Management - Director
• Manage the Discipline leads to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the design process.
• Manage the work load for the Discipline leads in coordination with the Departmental Senior Managers’ priorities and provide periodic status on the Department work Plan.
• Ensure coordination with Corporate Planning and Business Development on master plan, concept design and feasibility and project department to ensure alignment during the design phase.
• Ensure that adequate level of technical support is provided to project teams during execution and commissioning phases to address constructability issues
• Provide general architectural guidance and expertise
• Ensure the issuance of all required government permits, construction licenses and certificates (assist project teams and service providers)
• Identify Technical training needs and provide training's as required
• Prepare and oversee the budget for Technical Unit
• Propose the Technical Unit’s objectives and KPIs for endorsement by Engineering Management - Director
• Perform any other duties as determined by the Engineering Management - Director
• Responsible for developing, in conjunction with the Project owner
• Manage operation of a specific number of projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, health, safety and sustainability standards
• Oversee design, construction and equipping projects execution
• Ensure projects completion as per the budget and schedule
• Provide guidance to the management of PMCs and contractors
• Coordinate activities of PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify status

comment as per company specifications, procedure & ITPs
- Responsible for all construction improvement issues related to suppliers of
materials products or services used in develop or manufacturing; assesses
potential new supplier
MBA leadership & management
Apply mathematics and scientific knowledge (particularly physics) to real-life situations and problems that arise from creating and maintaining structures, taking into account environmental, financial, legal and ethical considerations. At its core, civil engineering is a combination of many scientific specialisms, including mechanics, hydraulics, geotechnics (using knowledge of the earth’s crust to solve construction problems), materials science and statistical analysis. As such, study of these foundational elements will feature heavily in the early years of civil engineering degrees.
