- Field service & technical Experience:
• supporting Aramco technical enquiries and provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding mechanical seals, filters, and coupling.
• Mechanical seal troubleshooting and coupling measurements.
• Take the required dimensions in the field and make coupling selections accordingly.
• Support engineering team to Select the suitable mechanical seal design for customer based on supplied
data (application).
• Support customers to plan the maintenance & shutdown activity based on JC capabilities.
