• Tracking & Controlling the site Progress for the project stages.
• Preparing Baseline Programme of Work as per Fidic Sub-Clause 8.3 & 14.1.
• Preparing Tendering Programs, Recovery & Mitigation Programs for preparation of extension of time claims & analysis.
• Provide the Two Week Look Ahead & One Month Lock Ahead.
• Manage the Delays & Provide the Mitigation Completion Scenarios.
• Company Progress Reports with the different levels: Client, PM, Management.
• Provide the Indicative Manpower Histogram, Progress S Curves, Executive Summaries & The Work KPI’s.
• Obtain the Stake Holders Baselines Programmes Approvals with the suite Approach.
• Initiate the Company Progress Report Platforms & Standardize the company report forms as per the planning procedure.
• Client/Developer Experience for the project lifecycle stages such, Design, Tendering, Construction & Handing Over.
• The ability of managing the impacted events by the detailed monitoring the critical path.

Planning and monitoring of manpower, material and using project management tools.
Following with the subcontractors in the site.
Preparing all reports needed for the internal meeting and the consultant meeting.
Prepare & Monitor S-Curve, Cash flow, Manpower Histogram.
