C&B Market Monitoring
1.Monitor, implement and apply remuneration and benefit plans in line with policies, local labor market situation and competition. Monitor the labour market in order to continuously attract, motivate and retain employees. Select and apply appropriate evaluation schemes relevant to the business needs. Ensure job descriptions are accurate, up to date and objectively evaluated, ensure that every job role has correct salary grade.
Salary Reviews
2.Prepare proposals for manufacturing salary and wage adjustments in lines with approved budget. Implement approved adjustments. Provide calculation and develop proposals for blue-collar salaries and ABCD awards. Generate effective spreadsheets that offer a good view of impact of changes in salaries. Make recommendations on salary reviews.
Labor Relations
3.Ensure adequate timeframe and correctness of labor relations (employment) at the factory in compliance with current labor legislation. Co-ordinate development of regulatory documents (employment contracts.
Headcount Management
4.Manage headcount costs by providing regular checks, budgeting and submission of Headcount costs for OB, plans. Prepare headcount costs accruals according to requirements of controlling department. Budget and report the salaries, working time, wages and benefits .
Application of Social/Employment Law
5.Provide regular monitoring of legislation changes regarding remuneration and taxation. Ensure implementation of required Manufacturing data in HR/Payroll module. Control on the regular basis payroll accountants and cost -centre economists. Effectively integrate local legislative requirements into plans, works agreements and actions.
Salary/Wage Analysis
6.Execute analysis of salaries, wages and headcount development for the Manufacturing.
