Managed a team of over 45 employees, and the scope of my work included:
• Introducing and running molecular / Gastronomy Dessert Cooking
• Creating and implementing training systems and excelling financial KPI's
As a Research & Development chef, I was in responsible for product development and food innovation,
research, formulation and testing new products. In addition to that, I oversaw providing supplies for
food establishments like hotel chains and restaurants, food manufacturers and other companies
/ Sofitel Al Khobar the
I made seasonal weekend trips to Beirut to present personal and international pastry recipes via live
broadcast pastry cooking (videos available on my personal Youtube Channel).
The coverage included European and Middle Eastern live broadcasts, during which I included a Q&A
session to assist viewers with their cooking and answer their kitchen related questions.
Assisted students to find a cooking career they would love and progress their careers locally and abroad
• Scheduled visits to advocate pastry cooking as a career path whilst preparing students for European
standard certifications
Scope of work and achievements:
• Completed a course on “Luxury Collection of Chocolate Bonbone” with Chef Jeremie Runel
• Implemented the highly successful and awarded “Chocolate Sensation Buffet”
• Restructured and improved produce selection
• Supported my team in attaining the culinary Bel at the Horeca competition
• Planned and implemented effective training standards in coordination with training managers and
departmental trainers
