*Develop and validate methods for analyzing and producing products to ensure they meet specifications; document those methods in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production records.
*Evaluate current processes and identify ways to save time and money without sacrificing product quality.
*Investigate product, and process deviations, identify root cause, and develop corrective and preventative actions.
*Participate in audits by customers and regulatory agencies; respond to customer complaints.
- Supervising simple and ready syrup preparation including checking of all quality parameters related to simple, final syrup and concentrate attributes
- Ensure to operate beverage mixer through standard set procedures.
- Monitoring water quality including incoming raw water, treated water and domestic water
- Operation of Reverse osmosis and trouble shooting
- Performs quality check for Product :( Brix, Carbonation (CO2), Sensory, Titratable Acidity, CO2 taste and odor, confirm absence of sugar for Diet products).
- Performs quality check for Package:( Fill Volume, Fill Height, Crown Crimping, torque, Date Coding, blow molding tests).
- perform CIP on mixer and ensure to perform CIP on filler at end of operation and during flavor change.
- Ensure all GMP norms are followed during plant operation.
- Conduct calibration of lab equipment and other operational equipment.
- Conduct internal audit on Quality, Safety and Environment as per the internal audit schedule.
*Prepare samples for analysis/run tests using appropriate techniques and perform sample preparation for quality control program.
*Perform routine chemical analysis and reporting.
*Diagnose problems, calibrate and retest as appropriate; ensure lab has appropriate supplies for operation.
*Assist in laboratory personnel training.
- Monitoring water quality including incoming raw water, treated water and domestic water
- Operation of Reverse osmosis and trouble shooting.
- Performs quality check for Product :( Brix, Carbonation (CO2), Sensory, Titratable Acidity, CO2 taste and odor, confirm absence of sugar for Diet products).
- Performs quality check for Package:( Fill Volume, Fill Height, Crown Crimping, torque, Date Coding, blow molding tests).
- Sensory evaluation and release of final products to the warehouse.
- perform CIP on mixer and ensure to perform CIP on filler at end of operation and during flavor change.
- Ensure all GMP norms are followed during plant operation.
- Conduct calibration of lab equipment and other operational equipment.
- Collect, labelling and storage of retention samples.
*Perform quality check during preparation of raw material (molasses) for production .
*Perform CIP and sterilisation for Fermentation tanks before and after each production batch.
* Perform quality check during production(Brix, pH, temperatures, concentration gram per liter (GPL), yeast cell concentration(YCC) )and take corrective actions immediately.
*Perform quality check for the final product and release to the warehouse.
