• Conducting audits for site laboratories and QA/QC departments of the contractors and evaluating the performance of site staff of contractor and the consultant..
• Inspecting Asphalt plants, RMC plants and crushers quality control wings to check their performance during production.

Preparation of DPR's, Supervising and quality control of road construction, Preparing BOQ's for contactors, Conducting topographical surveys and testing of materials.
