*Manage, coordinate and monitor entire range of all aspects of HR functions in the organization i.e. Manpower Planning & Recruitment/ selection, Training Programs & Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Formulation/Implementation of strategies, Policies & Procedures, Performance Management/Retention methodology.
Being Specialist in Recruitment:
Undertake recruitment activity for assigned positions from advertising to selection or as advised, in accordance with recruitment policy/ established recruitment process for positions undertaken and in accordance with strategic goals of the organization.*Organize selection process, arrange for and conduct interviews to shortlist/ select suitable candidates.*Prepare all official correspondence relating to offer letters, probation confirmations, disciplinary issues and the miscellaneous letters.*
Review process of Admin and Personnel cases, to put up relevant rules, regulations and policies. Coordination in Audit objections, maintenance of CR dossiers, handling leave, promotion, seniority and other establishment matters in r/o officers.
Job evaluation, prepare/ review Job Descriptions & Job Specifications for different positions.
Involved in Procurement Process of Power / Mechanical Equipment & Spare parts including work Rolls and backup rolls, Earthmoving Machineries and spares, General Machineries along with accessories & Automobiles with spares, Chemicals (Lab. and Industrial), Gases, Allied materials (Explosives, Paints etc.) and Lab. Instruments and wares.
Preparing Tender Documents, Attending tender opening, making comparative statements of Technical and commercial offers.
Forwarding cases to Technical Evaluation Committee and arranging date for Commercial opening for technically cleared tender offers.
Preparing Purchase Proposal.
After approval of Purchase proposal, preparing and placing Purchase Orders.
Managing and keeping record of Bank Guarantees and other securities.
Maintaining Personnel office record. Put up personnel cases, put up relevant rules, regulations and policies, handling leave, promotion, seniority, transfer, posting cases and coordination between staff/ officers and factory management. Management of officers’ mess.
Involved in recruitment/ hiring process of supervisors on contract basis.
Assist higher management in day to day administrative activities.
Involved in Digitizing work using CAD package MicroStation and GIS environment.
Secured 1st. postion ( Gold Medal) with CGPA of 3.81/4.00
Secured 2nd. position in B.Tech(Hons.) in mechanical technology with CGPA of 3.96/4.
