• Provide information in response to queries about the Hospital's services, and handles and resolves patient complaints.
• Generate timely and accurate bills, receipts and refunds.
• Collect cash, updates patients' accounts, and manages all relevant billing processes.
• Check the eligibility of credit customers.
• Check for limits, if any, for corporate clients and also for covered/ uncovered treatments.
• Verify data integrity and accuracy.
• Work closely with patients to ensure excellent and direct individualized patient care.
• Facilitate communication between all hospital departments.
• Manage prescriptions by sending electronic requests for new medications and refills.
• Resolve problems with areas such as communication and billing that could negatively impact services.
• Take written approval for high cost medicine from insurance company.
• Generate cash summary and reports.
• Perform daily reconciliation of collection summary with cash remittance.
• Deliver exceptional training and hands-on motivation to team members to enhance service delivery approaches and boost customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer billing errors by researching issues in the system, asking open-ended questions and determining causes for the problems.
