• Assist the Departmental head in personnel administration, implementation of organization HR policies their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.

Now I'm satisfy with my self because i know i can handle smoothly any accounts and HR works. As well as accounts & HR task, i'm handling some Admin task also. So It's pretty certain i'm able to handle Accounts, HR, Admin and anyother operational office tasks avoiding issues.
