Assist day to day operations of the cafe and outside catering events, set up and service.
Dealing with hosts for the event details and requirements
Handling 5 or more staffs for outside catering events and other supervisor duties
Inter-company transfer (same owning company of the previous workplace)
Supervises the wait staff, handling cash and credit sales, Maintaining the quality service for all the guests. Ensures customer satisfaction with food and service.
Training of new staffs
Maintaining and ensures quality service for customers
Overall in-charge for the international buffet
Overall in-charge for the room service
Oversees the quality service of food & beverage
Handles cash/credit/in house guests
Responsible in supervising waiters and waitresses and ensuring quality service to all the guests.
