•Over 4 years of work experience in the same company, have resulted in a solid foundation of my skills in terms of interpreting and understanding the specifications related to loose furniture(FF&E) to come up with an appropriate proposal for a Tender bid in commercial and hospitality projects
•Coordinating with the project manager to estimate the project costs such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
•Preparing quotations & offers for the Commercial Department and arranging for submission as per Standard Operating Procedures and internal guidelines
•Organize, maintain & track all internal sales-related documents such as LPOs and tender specifications.
•Responsible for the procurement processes and sourcing out new vendors to expand our portfolio
•Review and monitor the progress of all capital projects and ensure that planned progress for monitoring purposes. Performing cost analysis for the projects.
•Ensuring that organizational requirement of products are met through an open and fair process of tender.
•Conducting a market research to identify a potential supplier as well as to maintain and promote sound relationships with suppliers and the business community.
•Responsible for negotiations planning and execution with suppliers on costs, commercial and contractual terms.
•Coordinating with our procurement department to achieve the best value, quality and delivery terms, at all times for goods and services procured on behalf of the organization.
•Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial operations where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected.
•Working closely with the logistics team for the timely delivery of ordered goods and assisting the PM/Business Development manager and the site project team with their technical queries.
•Working with Brands like Steelcase, Orangebox, Bolia, Andreu World Interstuhl, Viccarbe, Ofifran, and Inclass Etc.
To study of the gearbox application for the different
machines.
* Selection of the gearboxes according to the application.
* Provide quotations and estimates within the time frame.
* Visiting at the customer plant for the sales & technical
support.
* Preparing Purchase Order
* Making record of sales information and maintaining
individual customers’ records.
Visiting potential customers for product (PEX piping,
drainage and Shower channels) proposal.
* Visit contractors, consultants, and project managers to
present technical information in order to generate orders.
* Preparing Purchase Order.
* Executing Delivery at client site and warehouse in my own
supervision.
* Making record of sales information and maintaining
individual customers’ records.
