Experience in working as Supervision Consultant and Project, Program and Construction Management
(PMCM).
• Review of Shop drawings, Method statements, Material Submittals, Operation & Maintenance Manual,
Variation orders & claims, Payments, and other project technical documents.
• Attending site inspections, site quality audit for verification of adherence to construction requirements and
internationally accepted standards of construction.
• Installation and Testing/Commissioning of HVAC, Cold Room, Plumbing, Drainage & Firefighting systems.
• Installation and Testing of External Infrastructure works including Foul Sewer, TSE, Potable Water,
Firefighting, Ground Water, Surface Water network along with the related Storage/Attenuation tanks and
Lifting/Pump stations.
• Ensure that the equipment and materials delivered to site comply with approved material submittal/project
specification/local authority requirement.
• Represent company at Client, Design Team, Quality Control and Progress meetings throughout the
construction phase of project.
• Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses.
• Checking and ensuring effective co-ordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
• Review monthly progress valuation of MEP works prior to approval of the payment.

•Review contractor's mechanical/technical submittals, shop drawings, value engineering proposals, method statements, RFI's and coordination issues.
•Inspection of Installations and Testing & commissioning of HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing/drainage systems.
•Inspect infrastructure works which include potable water lines, irrigation lines, fire water lines, sewage lines, attenuation tanks, pump stations etc. and ensure that the installation comply with project specification and local authority requirements.
•Inspection of Installations and Testing & Commissioning of Irrigation/Fire/ Potable/Booster pump stations.
•Inspection of field devices installation and Testing & Commissioning of BMS/ SCADA system.
•Air Balancing/Water Balancing of HVAC system to ensure compliance with design parameters.
•Review monthly progress valuation of MEP works prior to payment approval. Provide input to monthly progress reports verifying work done during the month and work in progress together with comments on quality and recommendations on required improvements and forward to Senior Engineer for review and action.
•Study Project specification and make sure that that equipment, materials, and installations at site comply with the standards.
•Issue general project Site Observations (SOR)/Non-Confirmation report (NCR) whenever contractor fails to adhere to the approved shop drawings, project specification, International regulations, and construction schedule.
•Ensure MEP contractors adhere with relevant Quality records /regulations including safety.
•Inspect the mock-up, permanent works, on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and laboratory tests, conducted by others, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with the specifications and determine the acceptability for use on the project.
•Check and ensure co-ordination between mechanical related service works and all other disciplines.
•Monitor the progress of the work against the approved contractor programme of works.
•Ensure that all statutory authority NOC's / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.
•Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Contractor's action.
•Review and verify the accuracy of the contractor's "As-Built" drawings reflecting in detail the as-built conditions and approve the same.
•Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor's submissions, shop drawings, material submittals and construction related issues. MAJOR CLIENTS: PRIVATE ENGINEERING OFFICE(PEO), HILTON, KATARA HOSPITALITY, AL-WAAB, QOC

Design of MEP systems which include Heat load calculations, External Static pressure, head calculations of
chilled water pump, booster pump, fire pump etc., Sprinkler system design, Firefighting hydraulic calculations,
Sizing of HVAC duct and accessories etc.
• Co-ordination with draftsman to get the shop drawings prepared and checking the same with emphasis on
quality, detailing for ease of construction and on-time delivery.
• Study Project specification and make sure that all equipment, materials and site executions comply with the
same.


• Preparing material submittals for major equipment and accessories ensuring full compliance with project
specifications and international standards.
• Giving manufacturing clearance to vendor for major equipment and accessories and coordinating with vendor
for on-time delivery.
• Identifying and preparing the variation of works not included in the contract and onward submission to main
contractor for approval.
• Attend weekly site progress meetings and MEP coordination meetings to discuss and resolve any design or
construction issues with consultant and Clients Representatives.
