Independently handle and have knowledge of operation and maintenance of ENTREC AND MW, Double labeling station machine( 700 pack per minute) and single labeling station machines
Independently handle and have the knowledge of operation and maintenance of ENTREC and MW 2000, tilting stations, coding machine etc
Doing size changeovers of labeler and packing machines
To reduce the rejection of raw materials and increase the line efficiency
Knowledge of laser coding machine DOMINO
Carrying out periodic maintenance & trouble shooting of wrapping machines.
Working as per safety and Hygiene standards
Doing modifications to improve production capacity, reducing breakdowns and for the smooth running of machines.

3.Experienced in Quality Assurance of finished products as per Drawing.
4. Responsibilities for the research and development works of products.
Executing turnkey projects in ship building and repairing - Defence ships, supply vessels, Tankers, Dredgers etc.
Checking & Collecting raw materials
Execution of work involves fabrication erection and welding
Arranging the workers as per the required locations
After complete the work to check the fabrication, welding, grinding and cleaning
