Managed the Premium Plus Segment of the Bank including high-net-worth individuals representing around 30% of the international client portfolio of the bank consisting of $1.6b of a total of $2.2b. Managed Upper Mass Segment consisting of 36, 000 clients and $900m account balance increasing the cross selling ratio with all the bank products. Complied with domestic and international laws and regulations. Member of the Compliance and Social Media Committee.
● Acted as Attrition and Retention Manager for Upper Mass Segment clients avoiding churning and balancing the portfolio in 3.5% to 4% on average. Manage a team of 8.
● Grow the Upper Mass Segment portfolio between 8% and 9% yearly during 2 years by actively converting leads into clients and visiting clients in their own countries.
● Identified and referred between $35m per year to the Investment Unit MCIS representing around 100 clients through balance increase or building new relationships with high net worth profile clients.
● Increased by 20% the number of bank products sold to clients during cross sell efforts.
● Increased in approximately 175 the number of leads generated by the call center through an intensive training strategy which included all senior management level of the bank and all areas.
● Developed an internal career plan development program for internal talent as well as a recognition plan for the employees at the call center.
● Participated, together with 2 global executives, in the due diligence of 2 insurance companies Metlife and NYL Insurance in order to sell their products through the bank and increase income sources.
