• Provide support by implementing systems, procedures and practices;
• Assist in the development of HSSE process, procedures tools and workflow;
• Ensure that all HSSE documents are current and posted for internal and external audit
• Act as a documentation, systems expert and provide support to the HSSE Team;
• Maintain and analyze all statistical data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly period. Communicate trends and important issues to management;
• Ensure an HSSE training/tracking system is maintained and current;
• Update safety training, orientation and awareness programs. Ensure applicable training is provided to all personnel and manage safety training documented
• Develop presentations, forms, bulletins and training awareness tools;
• Coordinate, schedule and support various activities such as emergency response exercises
• Review and assist with yearly Audit Action Plans and provide support to achieve target dates;
• Assist in communication of health and safety trends to management and operations to obtain support and participation in problem-solving processes;
• Maintain and update 3rd party contractor/client/vendor management sites
• Maintaining a current version of the Emergency Management Program (EMP) and providing regular updates to all required personnel;
1. Assist the project Engineer, Immediate Superior In-charge and Site Management in enforcing the Quality, Safety and Health requirements, standards and Company policies. Incorporate Safety Instruction in routine orders and see to it that they obeyed.
2. Take all reasonable steps to prevent workers from taking Risk. Discourage Horseplay and reprimand those who fail to consider their own safety and of that others.
3. Ensure that Protective clothing such Uniforms and other Basic PPE’s that requires by Company to be used during working hours and during at site construction premises.
4. Ensure maintenance records of all power tools, machineries and heavy equipment as per standard operation procedure.
5. Implementation of Lock out Tag out (LOTO) procedure and NO LIVE WORKS during termination activities.
6. Conducting training orientation for newly Hired workers regarding All Hazards and Company Policies Standards.
7. To correct all Unsafe Acts, and Unsafe Condition at work site.
8. Report All Incident / Accident and Near miss incident at work site.
