In charge of the purchasing department of a food service company with operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
* Price analysis and best sourcing alternative for produce bought in the local market and shipped from Europe and South America.
* Direct contact with suppliers to assure a good service in the delivery of the orders.
* Regular communication with the commercial area to establish a weekly forecast used as a guideline to plan the purchase and correct rotation of the inventory.

* Stock management to ensure quality of the product, service level, and stock movement to comply with the local regulatory organisms (Health Department) and avoid losses because of expiry date.
* Execution of the S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning) process, which´s output is a common forecast for all the company departments, in units and revenue.
* Creation of the procurement budget for the acquisition of finished goods (drugs). Control of logistic and financial KPIs. Regular stock inventory (alignment of SAP WM and MM).
* Evaluation of business opportunities together with the marketing department, support from the supply chain point of view.
* Sales goal accomplished during both periods in charge of the company´s stock: growth 10% (2014) and 19% (2015).
S&OP process leader for the mix of products under the category “Kimberly-Clark Professional”, for Chile and
Argentina.
* Responsible for the replenishment of finished product, for Chile and Argentina, from plants located in America and Asia.
* Support in the creation of sales plans aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
* Service level goals (95% OTIF) accomplished during the period in the position.
• Obtention of a Minor: “Geography under the influence of men and Geodemography”, Department of Geography, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. • Teachers assistant of the course “Operations Management” during the first semester 2010. • Before graduating, realization of two internships in public institution and private company.
Elementary education and High School • Bilingual education: High level of written and spoken English. • Excellent academic performance.
