Welcome customer as they arrive with a smile and ask customer how they can be helped
Provide customers with product information that they need and explain product features and warranty agreement.
Escort customers to the correct aisles, demonstrate the working of a product when the customer asks and provide customers with information on daily deals, discounts and promotions.
Ensure that all products are well stocked and are easy to reach.
Assist customers by taking down products that may not be easy to reach.
Make sure that work area and aisles are clean and shelves are dusted properly.
Respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner.
Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold.
Manage product returns and exchanges.
Ensure that all purchased items are delivered to the customers in a prompt manner.
Reserve products for online orders.
Discourage shoplifting activities by constantly keeping a vigilant eye.
Arrange products on shelves in a tidy manner.
Pick and pack orders for shipping purposes.
Order out of stock items in a timely manner.
Make sure all menus are wiped down, free of spots and stains.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Taking reservation on phone and making record for easy handover.
Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservations
Greets guests, escorts them to their table, pull seat out for the ladies, and present menus.
Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Welcoming, sitting and billing guest.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Offering the Menus and explain about the dishes.
Taking and processing orders.
Up selling and cross selling restaurants products.
Serving food and drinks to the guest.
Monthly report of cutleries/Inventory.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of Restaurant Policies & Procedures and Service Standards as outlined in the Hotel
Arranging the shift for my fellow crew.
Interacting with customers and asking question regarding our performance.
Opening and closing of the file and cash slip.
Restocking of merchandise so that inventory is available for crew.
Making sure that all employees are properly trained.
Create the training plans and continue to guide employees as they do their jobs
To set performance standards for employees, who must have appropriate goals set for them
