*Monitor the drivers’ works, prepares their work program, readiness of the vehicles and enhances them to comply with company policies as well as with ITC (Trans Ad) and Traffic laws & regulations.
*Tracks the drivers’ activities and violations. Investigate & implement disciplinary action based on the degree and type of violation, upon the directions of Trans AD in this respect.
*Prepare drivers attendance, clearances & requests.
*Handle Mystery Shopper reports with regards to the Quality of service. Coordinate with Fleet/Quality and Training Departments in order to improve the quality of service.
*Monitor the Income, Expenses (CNG & Fuel consumption). Export, analyze and send the report on daily basis.
*Coordinate with Accident, Workshop, FleetDepartment for accident reports. Schedule & prepare the necessary documents (Records/History) for Refreshment Training & Accident Committee.
*Answers telephone calls for taxi bookings, complaints, technical support, and any other inquiries.
*Receive Lost & Found items handed over by drivers & prepare the required documents as well as encoding it in the system & inform the customer if contact details were available.
