• Training new personnel to operate various machines including 10 tones to 20 tons Overhead Horizontal cranes.

• Coordinating with Engineers to improve the quality of product and increasing the day to day production.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and assisting in dismantling and re-assembling of machine parts.
• Operating high speed Armouring machine, Laying up machine, Wire winder machine, Coiling machine, Mica glass tapeing Machine, Conductor bunching machine, assisting on Cable Rewinding and Cutting Machine
• Following the 5S and Six Sigma systems.
• Working on rotating shifts, work extra hours as per workload and deadlines.
• Operating 10 tones and 20 tones Overhead Horizontal Cranes.
• Operating drilling machines and Hand grinders.
• Working under strict machines safety rules laid down by the management.
