Manages the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company’s total IT infrastructure which is not limited to SIP phones, email hosting, web hosting, file server, NAS, printers, access control systems, PBX and other LAN devices.
•Maintains the company’s online accounts and inventory of both the overall IT hardware and software.
•Provides technical support on the day-to-day IT related concerns or issues of the company staff.
•Processes advertising permits and manages the property listings on all of the online property portals.
•Queries data and generates various reports from the CRM database.
•Creates automation scripts to automate the CRM operations and develops excel macros to summarize CRM data in presentations.
•Coordinates with 3rd party IT contractors, suppliers, vendors or service providers to ensure that every company event will proceed smoothly as expected.
Performs on demand total IT technical support for client and partner companies which covers
Generates, monitors, and updates service reports and discusses these documents to clients as well as with the team.
•Designs network infrastructures of client companies to ensure the efficiency and reliability of their day to day operations.
Robotics Trading of Security Systems Equipment LLC
Meets clients on site to discuss sales, project proposals, current on-site solutions, etc. Reports directly to company owner for project documentations, status updates, and development proposals.
