Responsibility:
• Lead all Telecoms and Radio projects within the region
• Perform RF planning and testing using specialized tools including Site Master, Communications Analyzer,
and antenna tester.

• Plans, schedules, and Manage the overall detailed design and engineering activities, either within or cross discipline. This includes but not limited to CCTV, PAGA, PAVA, Radio Systems, IP Phones, Analogue Phones, E-personnel on board (EPOB) Systems, AIS System, and Fiber Optic networks.
• Ability to used PRODOM, Microsoft Project, Lotus Note, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, AVEVA, NAVIS WORKS, PDF Professional, PDMS, ICAPS, OPERCOM Systems.

• Ensure the quality of technical work and the technical integrity, constructability, functionality, safe
operation and reliability of designs.
• Carry out appropriate discipline and inter discipline checks and reviews of engineering and design work to
ensure design integrity and operability.
• Telecoms design and engineering, for FPSO topsides and Hull.
• Review and management of project and general specifications, engineering procedures and engineering
policy.

Designation: Lead Senior Telecommunication Project Engineer
Responsibility: Designed, Interpretation of various technical drawings, Coordinated, and Lead the Exxon Mobil Nigeria Field New Tetra Radio communication System upgrade Project, From designing to field implementations, this includes network architectures, database emerging, Coverage area and noise reduction, base station power, Frequency Planning/designing, optimization of Rohill Tetra Scada networks, Administration, Designing & Implementation of DAS (Distributed Antenna System), Preventive & Corrective Maintenances of all Tetra Communication System, Maintenances and optimizing of data center servers, VHF (Marine) interfacing, Redesign the signal coverage at External Platforms, FPSO (USAN), FSO (YOHO), Programming of Radio terminals(Hand held), trouble shooting of Radio Frequency coverage problems, installation of vehicle Radio terminals, Reconfiguring and designing of Antenna systems for analogue and Digital communication system, Management of multiple sites and teams, Management of contractors, Quality assurance check on various installation, RF installation, conformity to standards. 2. Project: Exxon Mobil Nigeria ERHA Floating, Production and storage vessel (FPSO)
Designation: Project Engineer.
Responsibilities: Implementation of Tetra Node Radio Communication systems, redesigning and interconnection, using a leaky feeder cable, which includes network architectures, database emerging, Coverage area using leaky feeders, base station power throughput requirement, frequencies planning, coverage planning, integration, commissioning, and Training of personnel on board in the use of Tetra radio and it features.
3. Project: Designing and Implementation of Rohil Communication System for Exxon Mobil Nigeria
for coverage for Ekpe, Asabo oil offshore Platforms
Designation: Project Leads Telecommunication Engineer.
Responsibilities: Designing and Implementation of Rohil Communication System for Exxon Mobil Nigeria for coverage for Ekpe, Asabo oil Platforms and adjourning external platforms, which includes network architectures, Coverage area and noise and interference reduction, Designing of base station power throughput requirement, frequencies planning.
