• Maintaining daily records of Telephone room Type as (MDF, IDF, Mini Core, POP room).
• Daily Checking Field Technicians as per DU Standard requirement e.g. (FT Uniform, is FT Carryings complete Material, Carryings complete Tool kit, condition of FT car, ID & any Other important document.)
• Taking all important/necessary pictures as required and if needed escalating same to concern team.
• Coordinating with different teams/departments and following up the status of any issue till it’s get resolved.
• Revamping of wrong routing cables in MDF and IDF as per DU standard cable routing.

• Attend trouble incidents and carry out troubleshooting techniques to rectify the problem.
• Attend and listen to complains of the clients and resolved the relevant complain in no time.
• Provides physical provisioning/activation of the telecom services to VIP consumer and VIP enterprise clients on urgent cases.
• Installation and troubleshooting of telecommunication services fixed lines (Analog, ISDN BRI/PRI), IP Telephony, MSAN, MPLS, internet ADSL, Broadband, and IP/MS TV.
• Terminating and Testing of Copper Cable (UTP & Multipair Cable)
• Initiate site survey & system review as per Enterprise Client’s telecom requirements.
• Performs site inspection on TSP infrastructure requirement on site to be RFS’ed.
• Carrying out migration and system upgrades as per required activity for network enhancements and expansions.
• Preparing and submitting reports concerning major issues related to structure cabling.
• Occasional site inspections to check if a company or the residential area is ready for the activation of telecommunication services, in addition to checking whether the necessary cabling materials are delivered on site.
