- Planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment
- Providing functional approvals (Legal-Tax-Credit-Finance..etc)
- Checking the background of the customer we will be dealing with different tools (RPL/ NPS ..etc)
- Meeting the technical team and discuss what is the Products/Services we’ll be providing
- Gather all info and have it reviewed with HP Audit Team
- Meeting with the Financial team to discuss the prices we are offering
- Have all the financials approved by higher management
- Scheduling and running kick-off meetings, leading story-boarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review
- Co-coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal
- Following up with Sales Managers to have an actual contract
- Ensuring proceeding with PO’s when approved by customer
- Running satisfactions’ surveys
- Also responsible for the Quality Assurance Reviews for all proposals for KSA Accounts
- Manage Projects' Financials

Summary: Project Support Professional reports to Project Support Manager and is overall responsible for the Project Financials, and for ensuring process and system compliance with various Ericsson Accounting directives and SOX regulations. The job includes interfacing to CPM/AOM and responsible to secure the stated objectives.
Tasks as a PSP:
1. Business execution in the ONE (SAP) financial and project management systems
2. Monitor and maintain project structures in ONE (MUS/CBS) system
3. Support with planned revenue activities and project performance analysis.
4. Support with invoicing activities
5. Secure correct financial reporting.
6. Support the Sales opportunity bid team during the project analysis phase
7. Participate in project implementation process under the direction of higher authorities.
8. Handling all financial matters in projects.
9. Analyzing Project problems and advice CPM’s in possible solutions.
10. Budget control and Costs variance investigations.
The system application used is SAP
Summary: HR Officer reports to Head of HR Department, and responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include training and development advising, payroll services, performance monitoring and employee counseling. I was also involved in staff recruitment process coordinating,
