o Planning and scheduling of activities in accordance with construction program and project duration.
o Do the preparation of engineering /submittal and get approval prior to start the work
o Do the procurement as required at site and it should be with in project budget.
o Once obtained work order and NOC, start the mobilization includes manpower, material & machineries as per deployment program.
o Discuss the program with site heads and give the clear idea of program to achieve the target.
o Do the weekly /monthly programs, discuss with site team and execute the program as per schedule.
o Coordinate with qa/qc team to ensure all the inspections in accordance with ITP, Project quality plan (PQP) and strict with project specs & latest approved drawings.
o Follow up with engineers/QA-QC /supervisors/surveyor to complete the work in time and get the IR's approval.
o Co-ordination with consultant/client/subcontractors for the smooth progress of work
o Negotiation with client/consultant/subcontractors.
o Preparation of concrete program weekly or monthly basis also monitor the progress and prepare the daily progress report (DPR).
o Discuss the progress with Snr.P.M. and assist him in all the stages of execution.
o Assist Snr. P.M. for drafting like discrepancy/constraint /technical issues /request for information, at the time of execution.
o Assist the QS team in preparation of bill of quantities also coordinate with planner for updating the work progress and monitor the progress as per schedule.
o Involve procurement of manpower, material & machineries which impact the cost control of the project.
o Attend internal progress meeting also with consultant/client for the efficient execution & monitoring the project.
o Coordinate with HSE team to ensure all the activities are in accordance with safety policies.
o Overall supervision and good control on execution to complete the project within budget and time.
o Coordinate with all departments at the time of construction itself to avoid any future discrepancies.
o Assist in preparation of tenders.
o Coordinate with team for the municipality and other inspections.
o Monitor & track the progress and verify with actual construction program also to take action wherever need improvement, if required.
o Do the as-built at the completion and handover of the project.
