As Project Manager for the 30-floor appartement & offices tower at KAFD with MOBCO
Group (Sept 2020 - Sept 2023), I led the recovery and execution of a highly complex
mixed-use development that included 18 residential floors, 5 basements, 36 hotel
suites, 5 duplex units, and 8 studios, along with extensive electrical and mechanical
systems. The project had been suspended for five years, resulting in severe MEP
failures, expired warranties, and only 45% completion of civil and architectural works. I
directed the full reinstatement strategy, overseeing the assessment and rehabilitation of
major electromechanical equipment, and managing the validation of legacy materials
such as marble, porcelain, woodwork, steel doors, and sanitary fixtures. As the primary
representative to JLL and Dar Al Riyadh, I ensured structured governance, timely ITP
submissions, and transparent communication with all stakeholders. Through strong
leadership, contract alignment, and sustainability-focused methodologies, my team and
I restored supply chains, selected compatible materials, and resolved long-standing
technical issues. Within two-thirds of the project duration, we achieved over 85% of
progress and secured full billing for the completed scope. I also led project planning,
design coordination, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and monthly executive
reporting, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality systems, and KSA regulatory
requirements while establishing operational stability

As Project Manager for the 475M SAR Antara Resorts development, I led the full
operational ecosystem of a large-scale hospitality and residential program comprising
18 buildings, 90 villas, sports and leisure facilities, and complete infrastructure works. I
assumed leadership when the project was less than 10% complete and engineered the
entire delivery strategy—restructuring schedules, resources, procurement, and
organizational workflows to restore operational stability

Managing a workforce of 500+ laborers and technicians, supported by engineers,
foremen, and 10 subcontractors, I established a high-performance culture grounded in
governance, sustainability, and KPI-driven execution. Through disciplined planning,
stakeholder alignment with Gulf Related and AECOM/JLL, and strict adherence to
quality and HSE frameworks, I drove the project to achieve 80% completion within
two-thirds of the planned duration

As a senior leader within Azmeels Project Management Department at the ITCC development, I
directed the full operational ecosystem of Cluster 2—10 buildings, a gym, club facilities,
hardscape, landscape, and complete infrastructure works. Leading a workforce of 400+
personnel, including engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and full site-office teams, I established
a disciplined, performance-driven delivery model grounded in governance, sustainability, and
KPI-based execution.

Through strategic planning, contract alignment, and strict adherence to quality and HSE
frameworks, I ensured the project met its technical, financial, and operational targets. Under my
leadership, the team achieved 80% completion within two-thirds of the planned duration,
