major electromechanical equipment, and managing the validation of legacy materials
such as marble, porcelain, woodwork, steel doors, and sanitary fixtures. As the primary
representative to JLL and Dar Al Riyadh, I ensured structured governance, timely ITP
submissions, and transparent communication with all stakeholders. Through strong
leadership, contract alignment, and sustainability-focused methodologies, my team and
I restored supply chains, selected compatible materials, and resolved long-standing
technical issues. Within two-thirds of the project duration, we achieved over 85% of
progress and secured full billing for the completed scope. I also led project planning,
design coordination, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and monthly executive
reporting, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality systems, and KSA regulatory
requirements while establishing operational stability
