• Reviewing the project scope of work and determining the obligations and deliverables.
• Coordinating with the project team and ensuring the availability of all the pre-mobilization
requirements including but not limited to
◦ Getting the Safety Orientation Cards for the entire team
◦ Getting the client approval on the Method of Statement
◦ Getting the client approval on the Job Safety Analysis
◦ Getting the client approval on the Hazard Identification Plan
◦ Getting the client approval on the Heat Stress Plan
◦ Getting the client approval for the Work Perming Receiver (Delegation Letter)
◦ Getting the client approval on the Temporary Access
◦ Getting the client approval on the Material Gate Pass
◦ Scanning Survey Boundaries in kmz. or kml. Format (Google Earth format)
◦ Getting Local as well as UTM (Ain El Abd) Survey Control Points
• Planning and controlling the mobilization and site activities.
• Ensuring the validity of the GPS device calibration and requesting for re-calibration prior to
expiry date
• Positioning the local Control Points in the site area utilizing the GPS device to locate the
Surveying boundaries per the provided kmz. /kml. fiels (Google Earth format)
• Putting the tages in order to track and trace the control points.
• Determining the route surveying in the site.
• Drafting the utilities in the AutoCAD and/or MicroStation Drawings in compline with
Aramco Engineering Standards.
• Contributing in preparing the report.
• Attend the weekly meetings with the Projects Manager.
