Studying all contract documents (drawings, Specs, BOQ...etc.) and
set out the project methodology.
• Send inquiries for suppliers and subcontractors and collect
quotations from them to choose and reward the work for them.
• Study all modify and prepare all kind of submittals (materials, shop
drawings).
• Revise all required coordination drawings.
• Preparing and revising the project base line program.
• Supervise the site work and make sure that the work is executed as
per project base line program.
• Solve the site problems and build friendly work atmosphere.
• Prepare variations claims and submit to the consultant.
• Attending all site meetings.
• Prepare the monthly payments.
• Hand over the project to the official departments and consultant

• Super vision over all activities take place in the site before and
during the executing.
• Following the activities in the site in order to ensure that all
delivered materials comply with client selections or sepcs which
gives high quality results.
• Contacting the client and consultant in order to build reliable
relationship with them in order to ensure that the project is
executed under the client demand along with approvals obtained
from the consultant.
