Management Trainee is a unique opportunity that turns a candidate into a marine-terminal leader by running through an intensive fast track. Each ‘’Candidate’’ will have an assigned mentor and a portfolio, those will act as a lighthouse to light the path and track the best practice captivation. The program duration is approximately 18 months; through which the Candidate will cover all aspects of terminal operations, logistics, technical services, health and safety, with additional rotations through Commercial, IT, HR and Finance.
Through a combination of on-the-job learning, real-life project, theoretical training and development activities, the Candidates will get to know terminal operations management inside out - all while receiving a best-in-class reward package. The Candidates explore a range of management career options and development paths.
Throughout the 18 months hands-on experience assignments, RSGT will provide professional training covering a variety of soft skills courses, Lean Six Sigma, Terminal Excellence and a visit to one of the international terminals too.
