Accountable for the entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Primary support to Relationship Managers in underwriting new and complex credit transactions, including credit negotiations.
• Identify, draft, develop and implement operational processes, policies and guidelines leading analysis of general financial condition and credit worthiness of existing and potential clients, managing due diligence processes.
• Prompt actions to report and remedy adverse risk conditions as they may arise.
• Set and monitor credit limits and acceptable terms for all customers based on available information and market demands in close cooperation with Marketing & Sales.
• Mea sure department performance with appropriate metrics.
• Manage relations with internal and external parties (i.e. Credit reporting agencies, valuation companies, Board of directs…etc.
• Comply with the company’s credit policy and standard operating procedures.
• Lead and manage the Credit Risk team.
• Created unique financing solutions and products to better serve the targeted clients base.
• Accept I Reject credit files based on underlying fundamentals of clients as well as adherence to the Company & regulatory policies
• Continuously monitor of credit processes for gaps and implementation of technology to create a more efficient process.
• Facilitate and leads several internal committees, such as Annual Budgeting, Restructuring, recruitment, business development…etc.
