e and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing and prospective customers . Plan and
modify products to meet the requirement of the Procurement department. Helping clients solve problems with
installed equipment and cooperation with Bio-medical department as Engineer sales support. Provide preventive
maintenance to all our medical devices and I lead this task as Engineer sales support as well.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
