• Managing the implementation process of ADP Autoline rev8 DMS Solution to supervise the following steps: Sever setup, business discovery, data conversion, key users training, go live.

• Managing the required integration between Autoline and the manufacturers.

• identify development requirements based on the study of the needs of the company, and the
preparation needed to bring about the desired development plans.

• Study and analysis of the problems of operating systems in use, and the development of radical
solutions to prevent their recurrence in coordination with direct charge.

• The work of the technical reports and schedules necessary for the application of regulations and
followed up with the team.

• Provide the necessary technical support to systems and users in the company to facilitate the work of
the application of the system, according to the agreement with senior management.

• Carry out all the necessary contacts and correspondence for the application of the system, both with suppliers or users or management and coordination among them.

• Ensure that suppliers may have to deliver information to users of the entire system and provide all
educational documents of the system so as to ensure that the system works after the termination of its application by the company supplied.

• Manage Autoline Drive project for General Motors for leading vehicle Company - GM Dealer.
• Manage ADP Autoline v8.3 DMS Solution for Motor Vehicle Company BMW Jordan Dealer (Member of Abu Khader Group), providing support and training for end users in the following modules (NL, SL, PL, VSB, TAX, POS, franchise data, CRM, Showroom CRM, Stock Management, Purchasing, Arabic printing, etc.)
• Manage Sage CRM, POS, and Sage Accpac for Gas Stations and spare parts (Nasco).
• Manage time attendance centralization and integration across the group
• Manage Carpro auto rental system for Jordan River Company - SIXT Dealer.
• Provide IT solutions & Integrations to the business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the working procedures using technologies
• Apply essential measures focusing on server machinery utilization across the group
• Ensure Autoline DMS, Sage ACCPAC ERP, MenaITech, Carpro, and AVAYA IP Telephone System and other IT Systems quality and conformance to standards. Works closely to guide, assist, and direct the activities of involved personnel on the project.

• Manage all help desks requests and assign duties to team to ensure adequate workload
• Perform all aspects of data and database administration including hardware and software evaluation and installation, logical and physical database design and implementation.
• Manage Software installations and implementation for (Sage ACCPAC ERP) for AKG group companies, upgrade and ensure correct data migration.
• Understand business needs and translate them into functional and customized reports
• Ensure that all companies across the group are using the same telephone system, ERP, and other IT
• Provide software support across the group

• Handle all IT Requests for the company.
• Sage ACCPAC ERP system administrator for NASCO ( Jordan, Dubai, Egypt, Iraq & Lebanon)
• Monitor and evaluate data security implemented in the system; work to reduce all risks to corporate computer resources, and investigate security breaches.
• Control and monitor the servers.
• Evaluate network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and make recommendations for current and future needs.

• Provide Network Administration, Troubleshooting, Setup.
• Responsible for the Setup and maintenance of computers, phones, Fax, Scanners, printers and photocopiers.
• Contact software vendors for maintenance
• Undertake hardware and software installation and upgrades
• Contribute in Sage ACCPAC ERP implementation for Nasco Jordan

Deliver courses in SQL server 2000, computer maintenance & ICDL and organize the computer courses.

Provide technical support to PC’s network
