o Fully automated control system for sugar CANDLE FILTERS using PLC type Twido and Mageles HMI from Schneider.
o Automation control using SCADA system for filtration section of Alcohol factory using PLC type Siemens S7-300 and WINCC 7 for SCADA.
o Transported sugar bags count with safety system using PLC type DELTA.
o Make Changes in PLC program logic of the Filter Press control (PLC type Schneider Modicon).
• Prepare technical conditions book for new projects.
• Study offers submitted for new projects and its conformity with the technical conditions book.
• Preview lists of spare parts prepared by organization's sugar factories and prepare reports.
• Preview and follow-up of annual preventive maintenance procedures for the organization's sugar factories and prepare reports.
• Ensure all PCs and Local Network are working properly and make the necessary repairs.
• Determine and supervise implementation of Preventive and Corrective maintenances for control systems.
• Prepare activity reports and sheets according to ISO9001 instructions.
• Carry out maintenances for computers and local network and expand it as needed.
