• Mainly SharePoint 2007/2010 Intranet and website Development and Administration.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of assigned applications as per approved technical specifications and assigned budgets/ deadlines to ensure that the applications are well function and meet business requirements with regards to their functionality
• Implement all relevant departmental policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Analyse technical specifications for the application development/ enhancement tasks and provide feedbacks with regards to their optimization.
• Develop, upgrade, enhance, maintain and provide availability of functionality and content for the assigned applications as per given technical requirements.
• Lead application testing efforts to ensure that all relative tests are conducted thoroughly as well as resolves any issues identified during the testing phase.
• Gathering and Analysis of customers’ requirements and conduct clear implementation designs and plans to the implementation team using standard software engineering approach.
• Responsible of Application and websites development based on Microsoft technologies, mainly SharePoint 2007/ 2010.
• Provide live and on demand support for customers and interact with support ticketing
• Support SharePoint 2007 intranet for more than 3000 users.
• Monitor and Maintain SharePoint farm applications.
• Implementation of web parts, packages and workflows developed by other teams.
As a part of the University's internship program, worked as a trainee software developer, provided parser applications converting row data received from different types of base stations (BTS) to useful reports, save and send it automatically to users and business reporting tools.
