Cash and Bank Treasury management including monitoring the collections from customers.
Invoicing, Follow ups of receivables, View daily cash flow statement
Inventory Management on Customize Accounting software.

- Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, chasing payments
if necessary, as per the company’s debt collection procedure.
- Deal effectively and on a daily basis with ‘overdue balances’ and visit customers / brokers when necessary.
- Effective and timely reconciliation of customer accounts
- Ensure timely opening of import letters of credit as per based on purchase plans of the business.
- Continuous monitoring of inbound shipments and effect payment on due date to ensure uninterrupted supply chain.
- Advise business units on bank guarantee requirements of the business units and ensure timely action
- Timely monitoring of funded and unfunded limits utilization and ensuring availability of sufficient limits, raising timely alerts with group treasury for arranging additional limits
- Reconcile bank accounts on daily basis, make upto date summary of LCs as per their maturity dates.
- Continuously monitor bank balances and optimize effective utilization of funds and at optimal costs.
- LC discounting and Cheque Discounting, Trust Receipt.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and build early warning signals to ensure cash equilibrium is maintained at all times.
