Accountabilities
• Lead a Team of 12 members ( 2 Supervisors - 10 Salesman)
• Identify/ develop new business opportunities through productive business relationship with existing clients and prospects
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guideline
• Ensure availability of stocks at outlets through efficient inventory management
• Report to senior executives on progress and issue
• Monitor performance of team members and conduct need based training sessions aligned to business requirements.
• Assist upper managements in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Working knowledge on BNB & Oracle system software, routes and visits report.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Spearhead a team of 8 members (Sales Representatives) in accomplishment of business targets across Three branches of Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif.
• Identify/ develop new business opportunities through productive business relationship with existing clients and prospects
• Collate market intelligence on competition & other market trends for re-engineering of business strategies
• Ensure availability of stocks at outlets through efficient inventory management
• Maintain financial health of the organization through effective follow up/ monitoring of credit and collection targets
• Monitor performance of team members and conduct need based training sessions aligned to business requirements .
• Expanding the market coverage area
• Dividing the geographical areas
• Setting up the work sequence
• In charge of the sales ( Key Account )
