It comprises three floors with a basement and a recreation center, supported by complete site work.
2. The client Markaz Real Estate Investment Co. started the turnkey project, AL-Rihab Pearl Compound, in 2016, with a total value of SAR 68 million. It includes 32 villas, four buildings, a basement floor area of 4800 sq. m, a health club building with a swimming pool, outdoor and kids' areas, and four residential buildings with 112 apartments.
3. The Al-Gamra Project includes 74 villas with 18 types in Phase 01. The turnkey project has a total value of SAR 62 million and a period of 22 months. It is also supported by completed site work.
4. MARVELA Project, built for Al Atheer Real Estate Development Co. Ltd, is located in Al Riyadh City. It consists of five buildings with a total area of 55000 square meters and seven floors each, with one parking area. The turnkey project is worth SAR 192 million, including a build-up area (SQM) of 51000 for building 05. It has a period of 24 months and includes a 13-story building, supported by complete site work, skeleton, and build-up. The project also includes domestic water supply, fire fighting systems, sewage drainage, bathrooms, washrooms-toilets fixtures, kitchens and pantries fixtures, and electrical power.s and pantries fixtures and electrical power.
