As a Marketplace Senior Manager in the Fashion department, I am responsible of :
- Managing a team of Key Accounts Managers in the Fashion category .
- Work with the team to increase the profitability of the managed accounts.
- Working closely with Business Development Team to further develop the Fashion Category .
- Analyzing sales data for the Category and build strategies to meet corporate objectives .
- Increase quantity and quality of selection in the category.
- Work closely with retail category managers and category head for planning and execution of plans.
As a Key Account Manager in Souq, I am in charge of a portfolio of Accounts of Sellers on the website of souq .
main responsibilities contains but not limited to :
- Reviewing the sales of these account and make frequent analysis to increase each account competitive advantage over others .
- Frequently forecasting the sales of these account to intervene when they are going to fall short, and derive solutions to bring them back in track .
- Periodic reviews on these Accounts CEM ( Customer Experience Metric ) to make sure they are meeting customers expectations.
- work as a Liason between these accounts and various departments of souq ( finance, logistics, Customer Service ) to insure efficient work flow is achieved .
- Training Sellers on how to achieve maximum visibility and better product views .
- Meeting regularly with sellers to discuss future plans and how to differentiate them selves from others .
Main Responsibilities:
• Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment products and services.
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.
• Effectively manage business in assigned database through a solution-oriented selling approach.
• Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
• Give demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
• Track all sales, communications and opportunities in the CRM system.
I have trained in the accounting and finance department for 3 months.
